These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Mind Nook mobile application ("the app"). By installing or using Mind Nook, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app.
Mind Nook is a single-player puzzle game distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play. The app is provided free of charge and supported by in-app advertising.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Mind Nook. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Mind Nook on devices you own or control, for non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not:
Mind Nook displays advertising provided by Google AdMob. By using the app, you understand that ads may be shown. Ad behavior and data handling are governed by Google's policies and our Privacy Policy.
The app contains a virtual currency ("coins") earned through gameplay. Coins have no real-world monetary value, cannot be transferred between users, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other valuable consideration. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or reset virtual currency balances at any time.
All game progress is stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data permanently deletes this information. We do not maintain server-side accounts. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Mind Nook, including its name, logo, artwork, sound, code, and gameplay mechanics, is owned by the developer and protected by copyright and trademark laws. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, lost profits, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the app, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
We may, at our discretion, suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, the license granted to you under Section 3 ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised "last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the app shall be resolved in the competent courts of Istanbul, Türkiye.
